Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The product seal remains intact.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Items where the seal has been broken.
Damaged, incorrect or defective items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Cute Closet.
